This would be in my understanding the simplest form of a price movement in the market, and it is important to be able to read it. They are swing highs and swing lows. Mostly referred to as a price action, so we call it market structure because thats how the whole market moves.
we have UPTREND: IF THE TREND GOES UP THE CURRENCY IS WORTH MORE
we have DOWNTREND:IF THE TREND GOES DOWN THE CURRENCY LOSES ITS VALUE.
we have SIDEWAYSTREND: PRICES MOVE IS A NARROW TREND
If you are able to reads these trends and you understand how to read continuous trend ,learn how to recognize changing trends. A market structure help you figure out the entry and exit points. Understanding the market is moving up, down, or sideways is very important .
